About our farm and family

Hi, I'm Claire

I really like growing flowers. I've spent 15 years working in horticulture - small vegetable farming, public and private gardens, degrees in plant biology, and even a year of hydroponic salad growing. In 2021 my family moved to Fernwood, a small intersection in central New York, to start building a small flower farm. 

 

Our goals:

• Push the seasonal boundaries of cut flower production in a way that is sustainable for the land we share with many other living beings. 
• Grow plants that make us happy.
• Build a business that supports our family, and helps build our local community.
